“Last year we went to the last weekend of the Parade of Homes. We viewed a few homes in another area and were very unimpressed with the design and workmanship of the homes. We saw the sign for Foothill Estates, viewed two of the model homes and were immediately impressed. “OH WOW” was our exact words at everything we saw.
What impressed us the most was the craftsmanship and attention to detail, the variety of custom floor plans, the use of space, and all of the standard features included for a great price!
Craig made the transition from our previous home to our new home smooth and worry free. He was very patient and understanding allowing us time to sell our previous home and he helped with all the many details of designing our new home. Chris was also very patient and understanding with us as we changed our minds many times throughout the construction process. Linda was very knowledgeable in guiding us through the process of light fixtures, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and landscaping while making it all blend together for a beautiful outcome. Pete has been the person we have gone to for any follow up needs and has also been attentive and patient with us. All the people that worked on our home were very friendly, professional, and show great pride and skill in their craft.
In the first month that we have lived in our new home we have become familiar with our neighbors at Foothill Estates and find it very warm and friendly.
We held an open house for our family and friends for approximately thirty-five people and found that everyone who attended was equally impressed as we have been.
